Delivery block is not updated in sales order change log

Hi Experts,

I am facing issue when changing sales order item quantity. There is user Exit which will throw pop up message that delivery block will be change and same is updated in sales order. When we check the change log then change in delivery block is not updated.

In second scenario: When we do the change in delivery date then same message is appearing that delivery block will be change and we can see in the change log also.
